This mutual aid photo sale raises funds to provide essential student support books for public primary schools in two rural Guatemalan communities: Xepatán and Xetzitzi, located in Patzún, Chimaltenango. These are areas where educational materials are limited, but the desire to learn is profound.

Each photograph—captured by Wilson Ixcot, a community member and visual storyteller, and Widman Figueroa, with contributions from the tour agency Go Wild Acatenango—offers an intimate portrait of life, love, labor, and legacy across different regions of Guatemala.

Your purchase directly helps provide vital resources to children who need them most. And even if we don’t meet the full funding goal, the remaining costs will be covered through donor outreach—every contribution brings us closer.
