Together we'll explore how smell works through a simple guided experience with mystery scents and chocolate. We'll talk about orthonasal and retronasal smelling the two ways we experience aroma and discover how scent, flavor, memory, and perception are connected.

No fragrance knowledge is needed. Just bring your curiosity.

I will provide a series of perfume samples you can chose from and take home a couple of your choosing.
After the gathering, you're welcome to stay, continue the conversation, and enjoy food or drinks from the brewery if you'd like.
